We mostly service metro Atlanta area and suburbs but don't have a set radius. We do our best to accommodate all clients. 

Yes, we do our best. All of our projects are covered by a 5 year warranty. Anything can be broken or destroyed but if used in a reasonable manner, there is not a reason why anything would fail for decades to come. 

Contrary to the majority of the companies out there, we do all of our bathroom and basement projects in house by our dedicated crew. All crew members are well vetted, trusted, and reliable. 

The duration of a renovation project varies depending on the scope and complexity of the work. Our bathrooms range from one to three weeks. Basements are usually three to six weeks. New construction is usually about twelve to fifteen months. Each project is unique and our timelines have proven to be reasonable and accurate. 

We recommend rectified porcelain. There are three main options: porcelain, ceramic, and marble. Porcelain is most durable and life proof. Ceramic is a softer material and usually has less selection. Marble is a natural stone so it's porous and requires sealing and maintenance. All three can work and are widely used. The ultimate selection will depend on the client, design, and project details. 

We use exclusively Schluter System for all of our waterproofing and uncoupling. More specifically, we use Kerdi panels vs Kerdi membrane over Sheetrock. We are very proficient in the installation of Schluter and believe it to be one of the best systems out there. 

By far the best grout to use is an epoxy grout. It does not require sealing, it finishes best on grout joints, and it's most resistant to the environment. We use exclusively Laticrete Spectralock Pro and never use any other grout on our tile work. If you've ever scrubbed your grout with a tooth brush, you'll appreciate our selection.
